Reliability: Business travels are often "on the edge" due to a very tight agenda and many business constraints. It is important for every traveller to concentrate on their tasks and leave the logistic to us. It is our responsability to coordinate all arrangements in an accurate and reliable manner allowing smooth and comfortable travel.
Flexibility: Changes in the agenda, delay, new commitments or even situation of force majeure that may occur at any time. This often means adding a little more stress in an already tensed moment. Having a trusted person to talk to and whom will be of support in dealing with these difficult situations is very important.
Proximity: Misunderstandings are often too quick to happen and it is even more so when distance is part of the equation.
