Our philosophy and vision is to bring a close and professional service to our client and provide a tailor made service.
Individuality: When it comes to travel, everyone has preferences, habits and requirements to compensate jet lag, tiredness and to make long trips a little more comfortable. For us, receiving travellers feedback and exchanging on their experience, may it be possitive or negative, helps understand the need and wishes to better advise our clients.
Reliability: Business travels are often "on the edge" due to a very tight agenda and many business constraints. It is important for every traveller to concentrate on their tasks and leave the logistic to us. It is our responsability to coordinate all arrangements in an accurate and reliable manner allowing smooth and comfortable travel.
Flexibility: Changes in the agenda, delay, new commitments or even situation of force majeure that may occur at any time. This often means adding a little more stress in an already tensed moment. Having a trusted person to talk to and whom will be of support in dealing with these difficult situations is very important.
Proximity: Misunderstandings are often too quick to happen and it is even more so when distance is part of the equation. Meeting in person and establishing a close relation with the travellers (and assistant) is key to success in our daily business. We aim at creating strong and trusting relationship with our clients.
VIP: Althought everyone has different needs we like to think that all deserve the same attention. Therefore, for us, you are all VIPs.
